Whenever you find yourself in such situation, it is advisable to keep the same load you are working with even though your reps will be fewer as you progress than reducing the load so that you can keep your reps up.

The latter is known as garbage rep, and they don’t give you your weight gain at the end of the day. We can even go as far as to say that they are problematic to your muscle mass target.

 

STOP THE EXERCISE WHEN YOU HIT YOUR PERSONAL BEST

There are various training sessions we experience when we workout. There are some days when we achieve superman levels, and there are other days when it seems like we would just go with the wind. On those days when we attain superman status, you can push yourself even more. But if you feel like you’ve hit your personal best, you can stop. Doing both can help you achieve remarkable results.
